The Olin Group, LLC. will enter into a confidentiality agreement as one of the first steps of establishing a relationship. All professional advisors that are part of the Exit and Transition Planning team are covered under a blanket confidentiality agreement. All team members are approved by the client prior to engaging them for a particular assignment.

As the process continues and various facets of the exit or transition plan necessarily become more public, the client will be made aware of all information being released.
